New B1UP/iPayment/CRMFO 2020.02 release feature: MSSQL Auto-detect version

From the 2020.02 releases of the products, we are making a change to how you configure the DI-API connection in our Server Components.

In the past when you ran the Wizard and needed to select the Database type, you would select either MSSQL or HANA of course, but if you were running MSSQL you further needed to choose if it was MSSQL 2012, 2014, 2016, or 2017, etc.

This is changing with the 2020 releases as we have found a way to auto-detect the SQL server version. So on the new installations, you will instead only see options "MSSQL" and "HANA" and we will take care of the rest.

On a system that is being upgraded from an existing version and you run MSSQL, we will not force you to use the new system and present the old values. But if you wish to switch to the auto-detect system there is a button to switch over to the new system.
