Synchronize assets

In this section, you will see how to synchronize assets from Perfion to your Content Store.

If the prerequisite steps are already made e.g.: you created and configured your content store. Synchronizes assets from Perfion to the Content Store, making images and files available for use.

How to synchronize assets

1. Start the Windows Client.

2. Navigate to Tools → Scheduling to open the Action Scheduler.

3. Locate the scheduled job called “Synchronize data to Content Stores”.

4. In the Action column, it will display Synchronize data to Content Stores.

5. Select the job and click Start to run it manually.

Running this job triggers the synchronization process and transfers the configured assets into the Content Store.

Important note:
The scheduled action is disabled by default and will only run when started manually. It should remain disabled during setup, testing or making changes to the Perfion demo environment. When setup and testing are complete, the scheduled action should be enabled.

Once the scheduled action has completed, the assets will be synchronized and ready to be displayed in the Content Store.
