Time change allowed (@Operator details)

Select here whether the operator can change the actual time used for an operation in PDC Steps 3 and 5 in Produce / Operator in case resource usage booking is not managed automatically in the ERP system. The default setting is Yes for all operators. Changing the setting will take effect when the operator starts processing the next operation in Produce / Operator.
