Change to medium priority within … days (@Settings / Priority settings)

Defines if automatic medium priority is assigned to the production order. The default value is 10 calendar days, that is, the automatic priority of the production order is medium if the Start Date/Due Date is within the next 10 calendar days and the automatic priority cannot be urgent.
