Account options and settings in Build, Produce and Inspect for SAP Business One

Account options

Click on your user portrait to access settings and your account options.

License assignment: Licenses for the modules are assigned to users and operators. The license assignment option is only available to the Administrator from the Cloud Apps Launchpad. See Licensing.

Change database: Switch between available databases. This option takes you to the database selection screen. Only present if multiple databases are available.

Change SAP credentials: Change the SAP Business One credentials linked to your Cloud Apps account.

Change language: Change the display language of the Cloud Apps user interface.

Account: Maintain your password and, optionally set up two-factor authentication on the https://account.boyum-it.com page.

Log out: Sign out of Cloud Apps.

Settings

To access application specific settings, click your profile picture and select the Settings option. This feature is available in Build and Produce / Manager.
