This is an indication that you tried to run an add-on but the SAP Client failed to register that it started. There can be several reasons for this:
- I get an unexpected error from the .Net Framework during launch. This often indicates incorrect permission rights. See the "Unexpected error on startup" section for more.
- The add-on was installed on a shared folder (This result in an unexpected Security Exception when running the add-on). Solve this by uninstalling the add-on, and reinstalling it on a local drive.
- The machine is simply too slow. Please try again and if running many programs, please try to close all but the SAP Business One Client.

Your version is out of date. This issue had been fixed back in version 2023.06. All versions are available here: https://support.boyum-it.com/hc/en-us/sections/206183308-Beas-Manufacturing
In case you already have the latest version installed but the issue still exists for you or it is not possible to update the version, you can follow the steps below to fix the issue:
1 - Conside the following point:
1) You may not both install 64 and 32 Bit SAP client
2) If you are running 32-bit SAP client, then it is enough having 32-bit DI-API
3) If you are running 64-bit SAP client, then you have to install both 32-bit DI-API and 64-bit DI-API.
2 - add a parameter into beas.ini
StartDelay=30000
Just add new line into and add the param above.
Beas.ini you can find here: C:\ProgramData\beas
Also please update the 'GetCompanyListBy=db' in beas.ini. it must be below the beas master and before the bracket ().
3 - enable below settings in SAP General settings
Path: Modules > Administration > System Initialization > General settings > Services
If your SAP Business One version is earlier than SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2311 and SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2311, to enable "Enable Default Connection String" option, please check first option in the following article: 2755830 - The Use of the UI API Connection String Is Not Recommended
4 - If the steps above didn't work, reinstall SAP B1 client:
- Uninstall SAP client DI-API 64-bit.
- Delete temp folder.
- Delete folder SAP B1 DI API from C:\Program Files\SAP.
- Delete folder SAP B1 from C:\Program Files\SAP.
