Beas-WMS:How to filter stock on Beas Issue Screen on a BEAS-WMS Integrated warehouse

Problem: Beas shows by default all the stock available in several warehouses, this does not match with processes where the only stock available at issue should be the one available on certain production facilities (bins or zones).

Business case: Beas work orders are linked with WMS production lines type “Beas”. We use picklist for production to pick materials from the WMS managed warehouse and only those picked components (placed at my input for production bin) should be visible for drawing.

Flow of the process:

Solution: there is a possibility to filter the stock shown at Beas Issue screen by a Beas Script.

How to:

STEP 1. Open the Beas Issue screen.

STEP 2. Open the Tools->Customization Tools->Window Customizing Script

STEP 3. Reservation_set_master.src screen will be displayed.

Then insert the Beas Script File at the window script (text file attached to the article). The script logic is explained in the script comments. 

STEP 4. Close and Open (or reload whenever is possible) again Beas Material Issue Screen.

Custom Issue Screen View (only stock allocated at InputXProd Bin) versus standard view (all stock available)

Since Beas release 2024.06 the option of delimiting the stock to issue by zones and/or bins is including on the standard. It is for previous versions where this customization still make sense.

Finally Reservation_set_master.src file is stored at the Beas Project folder together with the rest of possible customizations we may have.
