If a bin holds 2 Quality statuses, it should be possible to count the stock per quality status.

  You're absolutely right, this is a known limitation and a form of technical debt in the current Cycle Count flow.
  
  We're actively addressing this in the new Recount flow, where it is now possible to count stock per Quality Status within the same bin. This improves accuracy in scenarios where multiple QS values are stored together.
  Additionally, we’ve already planned a new Stock Adjustment flow, which allows users to easily adjust stock by Quality Status — enabling updates on lines with same stock details but QS, even though the current cycle count doesn’t fully support it yet.
  
  So while this doesn't yet resolve the cycle count limitation directly, it does significantly ease the correction process in these situations.
