Declare an item broken on reserved stock Respondida

Hi,

If a whole pallet is reserved by Produmex with the picking lists, how can I declare broken parts ? The problem is that I can't interrupt a production I must be able to declare at any time if something has broken (like 1 piece or more)

Whether on produmex or produmex scan I did not succeed

Can you help me please ?

    Hi Y9,

    You should be able to access to the "Other tasks" button where you can skip items with an option to add a reason in Pordumex WMS (this is possible in both standard and production picking). If this is not happening please contact our support, it must be a configuration issue.
