Picklist Flow - Add another detail locking option - lock on bin level instead of LUID

On specific bins, like bulk places it is in some cases not possible for zone picking to select the specified bin. Also Ad-hock Picking can't be used for it, due to the different logic.
Also alternate stock is no option, if you have two picklist, where they lock each others LUIDs.

So it would be good to do the locking for specific bins, on bin level and not on LUID-Level.

For this there should be a new option for every bin, to set this option. "Lock Quanity on LUID" Yes/No. Default Value "Yes".
