Maket it possible to Cancel Picklsit or better to mark them as canceled. Currently you can only close them.

If there is a need to recreate a picklist, it would be better for history to mark them as "CANCELED". The Table PMX_PLHE already has the column and only needs to be filled correctly. 

Currently you can't easyl see if a picklist ist closed due to delivery or due to caneclation.
