Adjusting locked quantity to Sales order line when skipping a picklist line

Currently when you skip a picklist line the locked quantity of that item line is removed from the picklist. How-ever, there is no locked quantity created for the sales order. This gives an incorrect overview of the locked quantity of the item. I would prefer if the locked quantity is removed from the picklist and than a locked quantity record added to the sales order line.
