    Hi Donald,

I am not sure how much did you follow recent improvements on WMS and if you are referring to the "old" mobile customization framework which was only available in Reception flow. Since 2024 it is available everywhere and in my small test it was indeed available at the "Are there other products on LU..." and "Do you want to print..?" and "The next item is a full LU..." (see the red gear on the top left corner), all decision screens so I still keep the hope it could help you. Please confirm.

If it was helpful I insistently recommend using this tool to avoid extra clicks on new and even redesigning processes on current customers.

    Hi Ronald,

The same message appears when you print labels during picking. We have found that the message is in fact the original "Do you want to reprint label?". We removed the "Ask for reprint?" on the print event (204) and we don't have this screen anymore.

Unfortunatly this is not the same case. In this case we do have a not yet printed a label and try to catch a full SSCC next. So the system is asking for the "firtst"-time print for the already completed SSCC, which is I think correct in the way the software is programmed, but for us not desirable.

So for this we would like to have a way to turn this message off.

By the way, the function Ask for a reprint is also not used by us.

    Hi Ronald,

Not sure if mobile customization framework can help here, by this technology you can press buttons by default therefore the screen will still appear but the 'Nee' button should be pressed immediately ("Default Button" enabled) so end users do not even perceive it.

This option is not working for this screen. Perhaps it is possible to create it in this way?
