Prevent pickers from picking Shelf life non compliant stock with Alternate Stock Picking

The picking flows allow pickers to chose alternate stock from the scanner and does not validate the stock complies with the shelf life requirements as specified on the Sales Order (RDR1.U_PMX_SHLF).

This should not be permitted.

The customer shelf life requirement should be enforced at all times, with the exception of alternate stock being chosen on the pick list itself, via the add-on button "Choose Alternate Stock".  Only in this case should the picker be allowed to pick stock that does not respect the shelf file specified on the sales order.

  This is a necessary product improvement to replace wrong old functionality.
