Receipt multiple Weigh Orders Lines on the same SSCC

When performing a weigh order against a Production order, add the possibility to receipt all the items on the weigh order (weigh order lines) onto the same SSCC. Similar to a production receipt where you can produce onto an existing SSCC.

Currently for each item on the weigh order, a new SSCC is required. 

Example - weigh order below has multiple items. 

When you weigh the first item you create an SSCC 

When you weigh the second item, the SSCC you created for the first item is not visible under the target SSCC selection.
