Auto book quantity of 1 in GRPO
RespondidaYou have Auto Book function for Stock Counting. When doing inventory counting, scanning a barcode automatically counts a unit (eg. 1 piece, 1 carton) for the item. My business has a stock turn of 3. I may scan about 15,000 items per store during a stocktake. But I’ve “receipted” 45,000 per store during the year. I’m in apparel and footwear. We only ever scan units of 1 as we have many size curves and colours within many styles. It’s highly unproductive to not be able to just scan scan scan...when receiving goods. I want to go live with warehouse and then roll out to my 10 stores but this is a show stopper when compared with other solutions.

Thanks for the suggestion. I fully understand the scenario, especially for apparel and footwear, where the operational reality is to scan large volumes of individual units and speed is critical.
Produmex Scan already provides some configuration options that may help in this direction, such as:
Prefilling quantities for GRPO-> option "Unit" and then we could customize the Autopress of the "Post" button.
Post the corresponding quantity when scanning item bar code in quantity field: "When scanning an item’s bar code into a quantity field, a quantity of 1 for the corresponding UoM is pre-filled; if this option is enabled, the quantity is automatically posted/added, otherwise the user has to press the Add/Update/Post button." This one could solve it by itselfBoth can be find here: https://wiki.produmex.name/doku.php?id=implementation:scan:settings#produmex_scan_scanning_tab
For now, I would recommend first validating the configuration/customization approach before treating this as a new core product feature.
