Add functionality for return request and goods return request Completada
Since August 2017, SAP Business One 9.3 has had the Return Request and Goods Return Request documents available.
Functionality should exist in Produmex Scan for listing these open request and copying them to a return/goods return. Similar to the stock transfer request function.

Hi all,
Since I am on the position of Logistics product manager I am trying to select at least one Scan feature request per year within all the received on the community. Based on this idea, I would like to announce the following:
-SBO Deliveries Return Requests will be available before the end of 2023.
-SBO Purchase Goods Return Request are considered on the roadmap of 2024.
These 2 requests are perfectly in line with the product vision of supporting standard SBO processes,

Produmex should follow the standard SAP Business One functionality.
Our customers also already requested this feature as it would massively increase productivity.

1.) How did Boyum comment on this? (I assume you also submitted the request directly)
2.) Which interim solution do you use as an alternative?

1) Last I heard, Boyum were planning to get this delivered by end of 2020
2) We dont - we have lost opportunities due to this limitation

this functionality should be implemented for Produmex as it is totally needed.
Please we have 2022 and we believe that should be delivered.
maybe we assumed the wrong calendar.
Gregorian calendar, or Hindu, or Chinese, or... :-)

We have just rolled out produmex scan and was really shocked to come to a roadblock with returns. I assumed sap functionality would be mirrored for such a basic process. We are severely restricted now with maintaining the accuracy of returns and monitoring where returns are stocked. Please can this be implemented as soon as possible.

Does anyone have an update on this matter? If this is not going to be implemented in the (near) future releases we can stop trying to sell this product to new customers. This is a major deal breaker.
We do not see the Return Request functionality to the last version of Produmex Scan.
Please implement soon to a new release. It is needed so much to the customers.
