Dear Sir,

 

Add Feature to create standard SAP purchase request in MRP instead of BEAS Purchase request form. The main reason is that there is not approval cycle on BEAS Purchase request

  Hi Ana,

  Can you send any update on this issue, the purchase request created in the beas, are limited and are not part of the SAP purchsase request process.

  Any update on this? You did say second quarter last February?

   

  We are mid implementation and are trying to find a way around the approvals not triggering in SAP, as this is a critical part of the process for our customer

  Hi,

   

  We have upgrade and now have access to this feature. My understanding was that this would allow us to use the SAP Approvals processes for Purchasing documents.

  In this version, the SAP Approvals section is greyed out in general settings so cannot be used, even for non Beas purposes.

   

  This is an essential part of business management in most environments, and Beas REALLY does need to support the use of approval processes in the creation of SAP documents...
