Generate Delivery from Draft

Hi all, 

it would be useful to be able to generate Deliveries from Delivery Drafts previously added from SAP B1 Client, just like is already possible for GRPO on Purchase side.

This could be an alternative function for picklists, that are less flexible than delivery drafts.

Hope this can be useful for other partners too.
