Picklist should split by warehouses
RespondidaI start the process by creating a sales order with two items and in the Whs column I have warehouse A and B. Then I create a stock transfer request and then a pick list in SAP. On Produmex SCAN, open Picking, select PickList, picking the goods and click Transfer, next select the target warehouse/location. Produmex give me information about everythings is fine and create document. In SAP I see document that was created by Produmex BUT all rows have ONLY warehouse A NOT A and B.

Hi Dawid,
If I remember correctly, in standard SAP Business One, when you create a Sales Order that contains lines from different warehouses and then use Copy To → Stock Transfer Request,
SAP automatically splits the document and creates one Transfer Request per warehouse.
This is standard system behavior — no additional setting is required. That could serve as a workaround in your case.
(It might be that in your scenario the source document is created manually, which would explain why the split is not happening automatically.)Regarding Produmex Scan, it currently handles the picking and transfer flows as a single-warehouse operation, applying the selected warehouse to all lines included in the process.
This limitation is something I can review further as a potential improvement opportunity for future versions.
