After update quantities and refresh structure in BEAS, the position numbers change and alter position sequence

Hi, when we make a work order, some of the subassemblies require us to
adjust the final quantity, we can go and adjust the final quantity, but
to reflect this change in all positions, we use the Refresh Structure
button, unfortunately when we use this button, the numbers of the
positions are altered, and the sequence in the original order is lost,
for example, the original order goes with positions 10, to 50, but
after the change we made the sequence goes 10,20,50,30, 60.
How can we configure, or how can we make this adjustment in quantities
without affecting the position numbering sequence.
