UFEE file extracted from Scheduler has wrong authorities

Hi, 

I wonder if anybody can help please.

We have creating UFEE function to create a CSV of information from SAP. This works great and we have added an option to the menus to do this and we can read the file that is created no problem.

However ,when we try to run the job from the scheduler we can not read the file as we have not got rights to it. How do we reduce the authorities so we can open them.

I have tried changing the windows authorities on the file and the folder as it gets replaced each time but once it extracts again it changes them back !!!

Any help would be most appreciated.
