BOM structure quantity decimal point view

Hi all:

I want to know where I can set my BOM structure quantity decimal point  .

Our BEAS_STL view set 0.1 M and in table show 0.1 too, but in our  BOM structure show zero.

I don't know how to solve this problem or where I can set the decimal point
