Report Configuration \ Mass Delivery from UF

We are creating a process for setting customers on credit hold using B1UP and P & D to provide email notifications to customers.

We have a Dynamic SDK to place the customers on hold and update tables, but I am struggling to then call a Report Configuration to email customers as there is no dynamic Syntax available from our user form, so the report configuration won't run.

The email job runs fine from Mass Delivery, but I am unable to call a Mass Delivery from the UF that runs the end to end process.

Any ideas on how this can be achieved?
