API for External Collective Purchase Order

Hi Expert,

   As titled, I didn't find the BSL (beas service layer ) API for external  Collective Purchase Order
 , do we have such API or do we have a plan to release this API ?

    current we don't have an API for this and current not planned.
    For which scenario is such an interface needed?
