BEAS - QC Order - Input per Sample x Input by test Answered

Fabio

Hey guys,

what is the difference in the QC order of these entries. "Input per Sample x Input by test"

Since 2015 we've only used "Input per Sample", we've never done an Input by Test.

"We currently have a place where samples are tested, but we don't use this option in Beas as we should. What are the best practices for using these two options."

Best Regards

Fabio.

    Hi Fabio,

    Follow scenario

QC order with 4 Measurements positions.
Receipt with 10 Serial Numbers - 1 Sample per 1 Serial Numbers. Produce 10 Samples a`4 Measurements

    Concept "Input per Sample":

You check Serial Number 1 all 4 Measurements and then Serial Number 2 all 4 Measurements

    Concept "Input per Test"

In this case you make Measurement 1 on all 10 Serial Numbers
and then Measurement 2 on all 10 Serial Numbers

    regards

    Martin
