Weigh Order Quality Status

Can a new checkbox be added to the quality status called "Can be Used for Weigh Order". 

This would then work in the same way as the "Can be Used for Production" and stop certain quality status' from being used within the Weigh Order process.

Currently all quality status' are seen as available stock on the weigh room input location.
