Activate right-click changing menu uid

I have a situation with an add-on update that broke an existing macro.  Ultimately, it comes down to a right-click menu option for which the UID changes each time (has a numerical suffix appended to the end).  How could I work around that?  A wildcard after the prefix would work, but I can't find any info on Boyum supporting that.  Thanks for the help.
