Create a Manteinance order in Interruption (WebApp)
When working with the webapp system when creating an interruption on a resource, the maintenance order is not automatically created.
However, when performing the same action from Beas or from the Beas terminal, the maintenance orders are created.
The normal thing is that the webapp system works the same as the beas terminal
