Assign/Link QC Order to specific personal

Hi Dear Community

Is possible in beas QC functionallities assign/link specific QC Order to a specific Personel?

Our prospect are trying to found a system with this behaviour, it means as sample in the QC Order windows the QC Manager could assign vía dispatch to his/her personal, or even with some configuration when the QC Order is created that automatically can be assigned to a specific Personel.  

It require that the Personel logged can be visible only the QC Order assigned to his/her.
