Multiple formats as attachments to a email action Answered
Is it possible to add a PDF and a Excel file, both based on, for example, a saleorder to a email using only 1 report action? (by clicking the email button in SBO)
I understand I can add (general) additional attachments, but I want to have both attachments with the salesorder info (in PDF and Excel)

In order to turn the same Crystal into multiple files, you need need to add to lines in a Report Configuration or use a Report Action - Multiple action. A single report Action can not use the same file multiple times
