Trying to update UDF row item when another or similar document type is updated, added, etc....

Not sure if this is a standard B1 issue or how we are using the usability package as we’d like to be able to edit this field when other lines have been closed or even better would be if this field updated automatically when a date is changed in the related Purchase Order
