B1up Web Dashboard license requirement

Our customer would like to use the Web dashboard to allow their sales managers (non SBO users) to view reports.  I understand that a SBO user ID must be created for each sales manager, I would like to know what is the minimum license type (eg; professional, limited, indirect..) the SBO ID needs to assign in order to view the reports on B1web dashboard?
