CRM For Outlook - Attachment Files are corrupted in SAP B1

Hi Dears,

I have an issue, sometimes attachments coming from CRM for outlook cannot be opened and when i check in the attachment folder such files have size of 0 bytes thats why it cannot be opened from SAP B1. 

I checked "%appdata%\Boyum IT\CRM for Outlook\Attachments\Uncommitted" of client uploading files and nothing is there and even pending folder is also empty.

Any suggestions what could be cause of issue.
