How to send dunning letters using print and delivery?

We are trying to use Boyum Print and Delivery to send dunning letters.  The only document we found on this topic is https://help.boyum-it.com/B1PrintAndDelivery/index.html?dunningwizard.html , which isn't very useful.  

The key questions we have regarding using this are: 

1. if we are designing a crystal report from scratch, what parameters does Print and Delivery expect the report to have?  

2. does Boyum provide a sample report for this purpose?
