Inspect Notifications

would it be possible in inspect to notify others who are not the inspect manager, or trigger another action for instance – add a repair onto a service card relating to a fixed asset (machine/tool). Customer would like this to happen when an inspection order fails

    Hi Nicole,

    We see the manager as a central person in this process who should get information and start further actions if necessary.

    I'm not sure yet if we should really expand this, but we will discuss it internally.

    Hi Tino.

    With the organisation I am working with at the moment - a failure in a test results in various people being notified , resulting in different courses of action being taken. If it was only the manager that gets the information - you would then have to limit what each manager is responsible for setting up orders, and obtaining results

    We have had another customer request a notification process through inspect. They would like the operator to receive an email if they have an inspection order to do.
