Copy or export DIH scenarios betwen databases

As the quick copy (or similar tool) is not available for Beas, would be good to have the option to export and import the Data Integration Hub scenarios from a database to another. 

This would be useful in implementations as we can export the scenarios (mapping and file selected) from testing databases to the final database easily.

Also, we could create standard scenarios for the templates we mostly use and import in the clients.
