Free GRPO - Give option to choose the PO Not planned

The Free GRPO is a nice too to receive multiple POs at once and I would like to suggest an additional feature.
Currently, if you have more than two POs open for the same vendor/item and you use the Free GRPO, you cannot choose to which PO you would like to link the GRPO. My suggestion is the following: When you scan an item and Produmex detects that this item is open in several POs for the same vendor, the user should get a screen where he can choose the PO that he would like to link the reception to.

Thanks for the suggestion, this is a valid operational scenario.
However, it is important to clarify that the purpose of Free GRPO in Produmex Scan is to allow receiving goods without any Purchase Order reference. The behavior you are describing—receiving and linking items to multiple POs within the same flow—goes beyond this concept and represents a different type of process.
Rather than being an extension of Free GRPO, this would require a dedicated “Auto-select order” process as happens in our Produmex WMS solution https://wiki.produmex.name/doku.php?id=implementation:wms:reception_flow#filter_based_on_gs1_ean_barcode , a "Purchase Container" flow https://wiki.produmex.name/doku.php?id=implementation:wms:containerm&s[]=purchase&s[]=container as also happens in Produmex WMS or a new "multi-PO receiving" with its own logic and user experience.
From a product perspective, this is considered an advanced scenario that goes beyond the core scope of Produmex Scan, which focuses on supporting standard SAP Business One processes in a simple and efficient way.
