Does APS material check recognize SAP Inventory Transfer Requests as planned supply?

If we have a Warehouse that holds stock, but that warehouse is designed to NOT be considered by APS's material check as available supply... is it possible to create an Inventory Transfer Request from the non-useable Warehouse, into a good Warehouse, and have the APS material check recognize that as planned supply?
