B1UP Server Component - Email Setup - Option to only send Error Emails
AnsweredOn the B1UP Server Component - Email Setup screen, if setup, it is used to send Success and Error Emails from Schedules.
This customer might be extreme, but I would think it would be useful for others. They have 18+ companies in Business One that use the exchange rate functionality, so everyday, good or bad, they receive 18 emails. As you can imagine, 18 emails that are usually success emails, just add to this users abundant amount of emails. Right or wrong, the user pretty much just deletes all of those, without looking at them. It would be great if there was an option to just send error emails, so they would assume all is good, unless they received an email and then they would know to act on that one or more emails.
Just a thought.

Hi Vaughn
It is only the error email field that is mandatory in the configuration (success field is optional), so it sounds like you just need to blank the success email field, and then you will only receive error emails... Or am I missing something here?

I am thinking it is setup here and maybe there is somewhere else, but I don't see a Success Email Field. I was thinking it was all based off of this screen. Am I wrong?

Hi Vaughn
On that screen, there is only an error mail that is used if something more fundamental is wrong.
In the schedule itself it looks like this:
