Add setting to override default UoM settings for lenghts and weight while packing

Some companies want to have the UoM for weight set to 'grams' as a default to make weighing for production easier, while entering packed SSCC weights in kilograms. Or use meters as the default UoM for length while entering box dimensions in centimeters. 

Currently, the EnterLUIDData subflow takes the SAP General settings default UoM for both length dimensions and weight. 

It would be good to have a setting that can override the default SAP UoM for packing dimensions.
