Universal Function, type = Crystal Report, Internal Viewer - Sometimes output doesn't fill window size 

I'm working with a set of Crystal Reports which are all being deployed using UF's Type = Crystal Report.  These all use the Internal Viewer option.  When displaying to the screen several of the reports output data correctly, but don't fill the report window.  The report display uses about half the height of the B1UP report window, that size doesn't change if the window is maximized or resized.  Again this only happens with a few reports, the others display properly.  

When this happens the window border contains a hexadecimal code, instead of the normal text 'Crystal Report' in the window border.

Has anyone seen this before?  Thanks in advance, Dave
