BEAS update question

Dear Support,

 

I created a ticket #92808 at BOYUM, but it was recommended to me to post the customer question to this section:

We have a question regarding the BEAS update.

We have read some reviews about that update that the new version could cause some problems. The routing position are re-sorted and also some BoM configurations problems. Do you know anything about it?

  Hi Pavol,
  
  yes it's a little confusion with a POS_ID, a POS_TEXT and a SORT_ID. After update I set all values to POS_ID. When a user touch it with the mouse and move it at an other position (Operation or BOM), the nightmare starts. One customer has > 10000 BOM entries for one item! The first Question from customer - can I switch off this new feature.
  
  It's little more comfort, but to find a bug is more difficult. I propose to use a switch to activate this function.
