Manager User, multiple log ins like standard SBO Planned
In previous BEAS versions, you were allowed to log in manager and get a BEAS license on both instances. It appears in 9.3, that you are now only allowed to log in as manager once and get a BEAS license, the 2nd log in as manager says no BEAS license available.
Manager/BEAS should have same functionality as standard SBO, allowed to log in twice.
