Quick Create: Set Default Branch Assignment for BP Creation Based on User/User Group Creating BP Answered

This applies to the BP Quick Create.

Would like to have the ability to be able set a specific set of branches as default for some users, a different set of branches for other users. Basically the same application mechanism as found when applying validations to particular users.
