Skip the create window when creating / duplicating an item in beas Not planned
When you try to create or duplicate an item in beas, a window appears to select the item code and after that the Item master data window is displayed.
The requested process is that the Item master data window is displayed directly and there you can select the Item code.

beas is working in another way as SAP
It's a complete item generation system and we copy all related data behind the source item

This is the main reason to work with separate window.
After generation it is NOT possible to change the item code, because this item generation create all sub tables too.

Yes, I know how beas work, but it would be aiser to the users if we use the SAP functionality, that's why I added this request. Please discuss this with Ana.

yes, we want to work on "use SAP functionality". Our plan is to switch completely to the SAP Item Master data window
