Copy form settings from one user to another user

It is always a challenge to successfully copy form settings from one user to another by using the standard B1 function or B1UP copy form settings functions.  I would suggest to use UI (User-Interface) to perform this function.  For example, you would like to copy user, manager's sales order to another user.  Login as user, manager and open the sales order screen and export the form settings to a file.  Then login to the user that you would like to export to and open the sales order and import the exported file.  The form settings of sales order will be updated through the import file function.  It will be best if we don't need to login to the user that we need to export to and ability to select multiple users that we want to copy.
