Create Purchase Request from External Operation

Hello together,

In some of our customer usecases it could be that an external operation can be done by more than one vendor. 

In that cases the best solution would be that there is the functionality to create Purchase Request from External Operation (Purchase) window perhaps as extra button. It would be good to do that for one or more vendors for the same external operation.

    This would be great, we have several customers who need this function.

    I also aggree with this point. There should be the same functionality as in the MRP to decide if you want to create an purchase order, or an purchase request beforhand.
