Link back to Specific Contact Person on BP Master

We would like to be able to use either Lucene search and/or through a custom dashboard, be able to click on a golden arrow associated with the specific contact record or possibly right click or double click (as it relates to a dashboard) and have the system or UF take you directly to the BP Master with focus on the specific contact they are trying to find on the contact tab. 

As an example, the functionality is seemingly possible within SAP as from the standard "Activity" screen, when you click on the arrow associated with the Contact, it takes you directly back to the BP Master -> Contact Tab -> Highlighting the proper contact.
