B1 Print And Delivery Crystal Report Configuration Answered

Hi Support,

 

We have recently upgraded our SAP from 9.2 to 9.3 PL09. We have implemented B1 Print and Delivery on Marketing Documents. After the SAP upgrade(to 9.3 PL09), we could not able to Email/Print from B1 Print and Delivery. The following error on the screen:

We can able to preview the Crystal Report by click on Test with SAP Crystal Preview button.

    Hi,

    The B1UP version you're running is not supported for the SAP version you're using. You can read more about it from download.boyum-it.com. In the future, please contact us through our support address instead, this platform is not meant for technical troubleshooting.
